Made to Order

Every ABAYASS piece is crafted individually upon receipt of your order. This means your item is made especially for you, ensuring the highest level of quality and attention to detail. As each piece is produced on demand, we do not hold ready-made stock.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is confirmed, production begins within 1 business day and takes 3 to 5 business days to complete. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Because production starts immediately after your order is placed, cancellations and modifications are not possible once an order has been confirmed. We strongly encourage you to review your order, size and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Processing and production times may be slightly extended during peak periods such as Eid, new collection launches, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your understanding.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Delivery times begin after production is complete.

Production: 3–5 days + Standard shipping: 5–10 days / Express shipping: 2–4 days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance and carrier conditions.

Tracking Your Order

Upon placing your order, we promptly initiate the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.

Once we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. Please note that the carrier requires time to process the order — typically, you can start tracking from the next working day after the carrier has received it. If the code is not functional immediately, we recommend trying again the following working day.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

ABAYASS ships from the United Arab Emirates. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. ABAYASS has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We strongly recommend consulting your local customs office for more information before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in a returned or abandoned package does not qualify for a refund of the original shipping cost.

Order Issues

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us at info@abayass.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item(s) received and the original packaging. Claims submitted without photographic evidence cannot be processed.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we ask that you first:

• Check for a delivery notice left by the carrier
• Check with a neighbour or building reception
• Contact your local post office or carrier directly

If the issue remains unresolved after these steps, please reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that carrier investigations can take up to 10 business days.
