Orders
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Because every ABAYASS piece is crafted individually upon receipt of your order, production begins immediately after your order is confirmed. We therefore cannot make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. We strongly encourage you to review your size, items and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Please check your spam or junk folder first, as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still cannot find it, contact us at info@abayass.com with your full name and we will look into it for you.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging so we can review your case and find the best solution for you. Please do not remove the hangtag before contacting us — once it is removed, no claim can be made.
Shipping
Every ABAYASS piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, after which your order is dispatched.
Standard Delivery — €14.99: 5–10 business days after dispatch (total: 8–15 business days)
Express Delivery — €24.99: 2–4 business days after dispatch (total: 5–9 business days)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
Upon placing your order, we promptly initiate the process. Your order is then transferred to the carrier responsible for delivering the package to you.
Once we transfer your order to the carrier, you will receive an email containing your Track & Trace code. Please note that the carrier requires time to process the order — typically, you can start tracking from the next working day after the carrier has received it. If the code is not functional immediately, we recommend trying again the following working day.
Unfortunately, address changes are not possible once an order has been placed, as production and shipping preparation begin immediately. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before confirming your purchase. ABAYASS cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to an incorrectly provided address.

We kindly ask you to first check for a delivery notice left by the carrier, check with a neighbour or building reception, and contact your local post office or carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, please contact us at info@abayass.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. Please note that investigations can take up to 10 business days.
Please contact us at info@abayass.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange a return and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
Returns
As every ABAYASS piece is made to order, returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference are not accepted, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or an incorrect item received.
Contact us at info@abayass.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case and provide return instructions within 48 business hours. Please do not return any item without prior authorisation from our team.
Once your return is received and passes quality inspection (5–7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached, free from odours and returned in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Product & Sizes
Each product page includes a size guide with detailed measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Dry clean is recommended for most styles. If hand washing, use cold water and a mild detergent. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron directly on any embellishments.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Please first allow up to 10 business days from the date we confirmed receipt of your return. If you still have not received your refund after this period, we recommend checking with your bank, as processing times may vary.
