Returns Policy

At ABAYASS, every piece is crafted individually upon receipt of your order. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your purchase.

Made to Order — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised items.

As every ABAYASS piece is produced individually upon order, your purchase is considered a made-to-order item and is therefore not eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

We strongly encourage you to consult our size guide carefully before placing your order and to reach out to us at info@abayass.com if you have any questions prior to purchasing.

Returns for Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand fully behind the quality of our pieces. In the event that you receive an item that is defective due to a manufacturing fault, damaged upon delivery or incorrect (not matching your order), you are entitled to a return, replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights under EU consumer protection law.

Important: Upon receiving your order, please inspect your item immediately and carefully before removing any tags or packaging. Once the hangtag is removed from an item, no claim can be made.

How to Report a Defect

If you discover a defect or error, contact us at info@abayass.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item
  • Photos of the original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery, or without photographic evidence, cannot be processed. Do not return any item without prior written authorisation from our team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

If your claim is approved, the following conditions must be met for the return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition
  • All original tags must be attached and intact
  • The item must be free from odours such as perfume, smoke or body odour
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Return must be shipped using a trackable method

Items that do not meet these conditions upon receipt will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return is received and passes quality inspection (5–7 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Return shipping costs for approved defective or incorrect items will be covered by ABAYASS.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.
